We are pleased to confirm that the lake has received a stocking of Bream to 6lb, approx 75 fish ranging from 3.5lb to 6lb, with the majority weighing between 4lb and 5lb were introduced. If ever there was a year for angling clubs in the Colne Valley to work together the weather during 2014 certainly threw down the gauntlet to everyone involved in running fisheries. Cries for help were common place and neighbouring angling clubs responded with equipment and manpower to help each other out when the need arose.
